This is one of those emergencies you never expect first thing in the morning. It happened to us on a Monday morning as we were trying to open the garage door to leave for work. One of the cables had snapped. Jeff asked for a few photos to assess the damage and promptly sent a technician within a few hours. The technician replaced the cables on both sides and lubricated everything. We are grateful for everything.
